Event Details:

• February 29, 2020

• Event Time: 4:30-7:30pm

• ALL money raised at this event goes to the YMCA's Campaign

• This is for the entire family....wives, sons in other expeditions, daughters not in AG, etc...all are welcomed

• There will be 3 events going in rotation:

  • Boot Camp Games (dodgeball, capture the flag, etc)

  • Yoga

  • Basketball

• There will be 2 sessions of each, each session is 45 minutes in length 

• Bring your workout gear, towel and a water bottle

• We will have a raffle at the end of the event for prizes and dinner 

• Tacos and Ice Cream Sundaes will be served - load those calories back up!
