Setup: 1-3pm

Event Start: 3pm

You Never Know Who Will Show Up...

Details

  • The event will be a mix of carnival games, great food, bike/scooter riding around back bay and Campfire

  • THE ENTIRE FAMILY IS INVITED

  • Each circle to provide 1-3 carnival games...egg toss, water balloon toss, corn hole from a distance, adult-sized "beer pong," etc

  • Dinner served around 5:30pm

  • Campfire begins around 6:30pm -ish

This event is COVID-friendly as it's outside within the YMCA Newport Beach's large parking lot.

What To Bring 

  • This depends on if you are looking to serve or be served! 

  • Each circle needs to contribute relative to games, food, ez-ups, folding tables, etc

  • The individual "packing" list would be:

    • Camp Chairs​

    • Side Tables

    • Water Bottles/Cooler with Chilled Drinks

    • Vests

    • Individual games - frisbee, ladder ball, etc
